  • Packaged Services:- For clients who know the type of challenge they face, we have developed a simple range of effective "products" tackling key business areas. This makes it easier for you as a client as the whole process is very transparent and holds no surprises.

"Lead Generator"

WHY? - Objective is to use telemarketing techniques to help increase the number of leads or positive market intelligence into the organisation. Which means that the marketing and sales effort is better targeted, the cost of sale reduced and performance improved. Content depends on customer objectives but can include one or a combination of the following:

List cleaning, Establishing decision makers names and contact details, Product usage profiles, Extension selling to current customers, "Cold" calls to new market sectors, "Warm" calls to existing customers, Appointment making, Exhibition attendance.

The content of each package, in terms of number of calls will vary depending on the nature of the activity e.g. within a "Basic" package more calls will be achieved on a list cleaning exercise than appointment making at director level.

The aim being to excel in customer service and gain relatively cheap competitive advantage- this, if used properly, will increase business performance and profitability. Content of each package can include one or more of the following:

Establish current service levels, internal and external customers, telephone research, face-to-face interviews, online surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, mystery shopping, establish best practice, implement best practice

WHY? - Objective is to provide a quality executive research service. Only experienced professionals are used to provide a bespoke service to busy owner managers or established marketing departments looking for additional resources. There is the additional benefit of anonimity.
